A while back Chef Nick Stellino gave us permission the publish this delicious dish. Pork Chops with Nancibella sauce is basically brined pork chops with an perfectly prepared pomegranate sauce.

I would recommend brining the pork over night. This would make an excellent Sunday meal.

Pork Chops with Nancibella Sauce is a wonderful creation by Chef Nick Stellino. In two of his videos, Chef Stellino skillfully shows us how to prepare this delicious sauce using grenadine. Grenadine is basically pomegranite juice that is used in the making of different cocktails.
