This is a great pasta dish for this time of the year. Deliciously roasted red peppers blended with cream and other ingredients to create and excellent pasta sauce.


This recipe calls for Red Peppers pureed into a cream sauce and poured over your favorite pasta. It’s a nice change from traditional tomato sauce.
