This is probably one of my favorite meals to prepare and eat. It's layered with pasta, meatballs, eggs, cheese and gravy. Happy Taganu D'Aragona

This Easter recipe is a tribute to my Grandmother Theresa who brought back a special delicacy from her hometown of Aragona, Agrigento, Sicily.
