Fish Trout Lemon Tomato Sauce Fondue

  • 400 GR Trout Fish
  • 3 NO Roma Tomato Slice
  • 3 NO Garlic Confit
  • 15GM Fresh Thyme
  • 15GM Dill
  • 15GM Sage
  • 2 NO Lemon
  • 50GM Butter
  • 80GM Black Olive
  • 45GM Onion
  • Salt and Pepper


  • Season the trout with salt and pepper
  • Just grill over charcoal and get nice smell smoke not cook
  • Put fish on a tray
  • Add all ingredients, tomato slice, garlic confit, dill, lemon, thyme, sage and black olive together
  • Cover with foil.
  • Bake in oven until cooked
  • Take out fish from oven.
  • Add butter with juice from the fish in tray.
  • Ready to serve.
    Nice to eat together with peas and mashed potatoes.
