Italian Sausage and Peppers
with Dipping Sauce for Bread

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Pkg of Sweet Ital Sausage chopped into bite size pieces
  • 1 Pkg of Hot Ital Sausage chopped into bite size pieces
  • 3 green peppers cut into strips
  • 2 red peppers cut into strips
  • 2 yellow peppers cut into strips
  • 2 onions chopped
  • 4 Tablespoons of minced garlic
  • 2 Single serve bottles of burgundy wine
  • 2 cans sauce Arturo
  • 2 cans hunts Italian tomato sauce

    PREPARATION

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Put all ingredients together and bake covered for 1.5-2hrs

    Serve with fresh bread to dip in the juices
