Limoncello Torte

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 eggs
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 oz limoncello
  • 2 oz lemon juice
  • 1 pre-baked pie crust shell

    PREPARATION

  • Mix eggs & sugar until creamy. Add limoncello & lemon juice. Mix well.
  • Pour into pre-baked pie crust. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Cool & top with powdered sugar.
