Limoncello Torte

INGREDIENTS
2 eggs
3 egg whites
1 cup sugar
2 oz limoncello
2 oz lemon juice
1 pre-baked pie crust shell
PREPARATION
Mix eggs & sugar until creamy. Add limoncello & lemon juice. Mix well.
Pour into pre-baked pie crust. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Cool & top with powdered sugar.
