Nana Chicken

This recipe was named Nana Chicken by my children when they were little. My mom used to make this for them and it was their absolute favorite.I have passed it on to many with many wonderful reviews.

INGREDIENTS

  • Chicken Breasts,boneless skinless
  • Breadcrumbs
  • olive oil
  • fresh Garlic, chopped
  • Lemon juice
  • lemon slices

    PREPARATION

  • Bread chicken In flour, egg and the breadcrumbs.
  • Fry just until lightly browned.
  • In 9X13 pan drizzle a little olive oil in pan and then squeeze the juice of one lemon.
  • Place browned chicken breasts in pan.
  • Season with garlic salt pepper some grated Romano cheese,and chopped garlic on top
  • Slice lemon slices and place on top of chicken.
  • Cover pan tightly with foil and bake at 325 degrees for 35 TO 45 minutes.
