NEW Fried Hen

INGREDIENTS

  • Boil 5 large potatoes then mash till lumpy
    Add fresh:
  • 1/2 Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon chopped Parsley
  • 1/4 tablespoons Chives
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 1/2 cup Milk

  • Keep Hen at room-temp
  • 1/2 teaspoon tablespoon Garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Mrs. dash original and Italian
  • 1/2 teaspoon Powdered Chili pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon olive oil
  • Dash of Salt & pepper

    PREPARATION

  • Rub olive oil in and on hen
  • Coat inside/outside of hen with seasoning mixture
  • Submerge hen into Deep fryer until fluids run clear
  • Drain fried hen
  • Cut hen in half
  • Fill hen with mashed potato mixture and serve.
