Quick and Easy Lasagna

My family loves pasta, they could eat pasta 7 days a week. When I make this lasagna dish, they eat a piece every day till it is all gone. I have made lasagna from scratch before, BUT I find this recipe is so delicious and quick and easy to make. Try this recipe and see for yourself.


  • 1 box of lasagna noodles
  • 1 lb. Italian sausage,crumbles not links(use your favorite)
  • 1 jar(24oz) of Newman's Own Pasta Sauce of your choice
  • 1 lb. of shredded Mozzarella cheese


  • Cook sausage for 20 minutes till completely cooked.
  • Add Newman's sauce.
  • Boil noodles a la dente
  • Use a 9x13 inch glass dish
  • Start by layering cooked noodles first, add sausage mix sparely, then cheese.
  • Start with noodles and continue till all ingredients are used.
  • Bake at 350 degrees covered with aluminum foil for 30 minutes.

    My family loves lots pasta, so I don't use lots of meat.

    If you wish to have more meat, add another lb. to the recipe, along an extra jar of pasta sauce.
