INGREDIENTS2 Grilled Sliced Italian Sausages
2 grilled Portobello Mushrooms
4 slices Mozzarella Cheese
4 slices Salami
2 cups corkscrew pasta
1 cup Roma Tomatoes
1 head Romaine
Grill sausage and mushrooms, slice sausage, slice mushrooms.
Slice and grill Zucchini slices. Cook pasta per package directions, drain.
Place Romaine pieces on platter, top with the pasta.
Arrange sausage, diced portbellos, Zucchini and diced tomatoes on pasta. Place Salami and Cheese, cut into strips on top.
Drizzle with Italian Dressing of choice and season with salt and pepper as desired.
