Spaghetti Pie

  • Cook 2 pounds Spaghetti , drain and reserve
  • In large bowl mix 2 pounds Ricotta Cheese with 3 lightly whisked eggs and 1/2 cup whole milk.
  • Add the spaghetti to the bowl and stir. Place spaghetti in a 9x13x2 pan.
  • In separate skillet brown 1 pound spicy Italian sausage and 1 pound ground beef (or ground chuck), add about 1 cup of your favorite sauce and stir.
  • Top the spaghetti with the meat sauce and place 1 pound Provolone cheese slices on top and 1/2 cup Romano Cheese on top and bake in preheated 475 degree oven 1/2 hour.

    Serves at least a dozen people, or a few very hungry teens.
