Squash and Fry

  • 4 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1 whole white onion
  • 1 yellow squash cubed
  • 1 zucchini squash cubed
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 4 fresh mushrooms sliced
  • 1 tsp basil
  • 1 tsp tarragon
  • 1/4 tsp rosemary
  • 2 shakes cayenne pepper


  • Brown down the onion in the oil
  • Turn up the heat and put in the rest of the ingredients.
  • Season cook till squash starts to get clear on edges mix well and serve!
