Sun Dried Tomato Sauce

  • 1 Package sun dried tomato (in oil)drained.
  • 1/8 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
  • 1/2 cup chicken stock
  • Pine nuts
  • Pasta of your choice.


  • In blender place SDT, olive oil, Parmesan, and chicken stock, blend.
  • Coat cooked pasta and serve.
  • Garnish with green onion and pine nuts.

    Can add chicken.
