CAFFE ITALIANOTry these great Italian coffee recipes by yourself, with friends and family or while eating a delicious dessert. There are many variations of coffee drinks you can enjoy. Just use your imagination and I’m sure you can come up with a great coffee drink to fit your personal taste. I tend to be a creature of habit. Every time I go out to dinner I order a Sambuca Romano and throw it in my coffee. On occasion I’ll try a few other drinks but for the most part this is my favorite coffee drink for after dinner.
Classico Espresso 1 oz. espresso Poured into a demitasse cupServed with a lemon twistItalian Coffee 5 oz. of fresh brewed coffee1 oz. of Amaretto Di Sarrona1 oz. of brandyTop with whipped creamSprinkle with cinnamonMocha Latte 1 oz of espresso1 oz of hot chocolate2 oz of creamTopped with foam from frothed milkCappuccino 2 oz espresso poured in a cappuccino cup4 oz of foam from frothed milkSprinked with cinnamon, nutmeg, cocoa powder or ground chocolateCafé Latte 4 oz of espresso4 oz of steamed milkIce cubesSprinkle with cinnamonCoffee Royale 4 oz. of coffee1 oz. of Drambuie liquorTopped with whipped creamCafé Borgia 4 oz. of coffee4 oz of hot chocolateTop with whipped creamTop with grated orange peelEspresso Anise 1 oz espresso1/2 oz of anisetteMint Cappuccino 2 oz of espresso poured into a cappuccino cup4 oz of foam from frothed milk1 oz of crème de menthe liquorCafé Velluto 1 double espresso1 vanilla bean pulp or 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract 2 scoops of vanilla ice creamCrushed iceBlend all the ingredients in a mixer and serve.
