Veal is one of the most tender, flavorful meats you could choose. It's versatility will help you prepare many Italian favorites like veal marsala, veal saltimbocca and veal scallopini, just to name a few.
One of my all time favorite Italian veal recipes is without a doubt, osso bucco. I make it at home. I order it out. I just can't get enough. The tender braised veal falls off the bone and melts in your mouth.
I've never been disappointed by it's wonderful flavor.
