Veal Chops Pizzaiola

PIZZAIOLAVeal Chops Pizzaiola is a deliciously simple recipe to make if your in a hurry. This flavorful recipe can be made using veal, steak, chicken, fish or pork. I’ve always preferred the tenderness and flavor of the veal. Oregano is a main staple in many Mediterranean dishes. This herb is mostly associated with pizza but is widely used on grilled meats and fried vegetables. This aromatic herb is always more flavorful dry than fresh. In this Veal Chops Pizzaiola recipe the garlic, oregano and tomatoes enhances the already delicious flavor of the veal. Serve it with potatoes or rice or a nice salad on the side.
