LOVE GROWS WHERE MY ROSEMARY GOESThis Italian roast pork recipe with rosemary potatoes will make your mouth water while your waiting for it to cook. You and your guests won't be able to escape the aroma that fills the room. Rosemary is sometimes associated with memory and believe me you won't forget this one. Anytime your guests smell this aromatic herb they will be reminded of you. I like using dried rosemary for this recipe just because the flavor of rosemary truly comes out when I grind it up in a spice grinder. That's the first part of the adventure. The second part is the cooking and the eating so let's start discovering Italian Roast Pork with rosemary potatoes.
