SAVORY SPINACH

Sauteed Spinach is a must when serving any Italian meal. This simple recipe which consists of garlic, olive oil and spinach, can be served as a side or stuffed into a chicken breast. Either way you’ll enjoy the great flavor of this nutritious vegetable.

This leafy green vegetable provides more nutrient than any other food and has the best flavor when it’s fresh. Always choose spinach that is crisp, dark green with a nicefragrance. Spinach can be sautéed or steamed or served uncooked to make some great salads.
