Yellow Pepper Pizza
PERFECT PIZZADelicious Yellow Pepper Pizza with red onions is an excellent pizza to make at home. The combination of sautéed sweet peppers and red onions topped with diced tomatoes and fresh mozzarella is one of the best combinations I’ve tried. Not only does this make a great tasting pizza but you can also use it to top Focaccia Bread to give it an added flavor. I love the crisp flavor of yellow bell peppers over any other pepper for this recipe. Yellow bells really stand out from the rest. They’re sweeter than green bell peppers and juicier. Italian red onions are perfect choice to top this pizza. They have a sweet sharp flavor when cooked and strong flavor when eaten raw. They’re great for salads and many Italian dishes including my Italian Chicken Breasts with Balsamic Vinegar.
